You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Pricing for custom projects will be outlined in the project proposal or SOW.
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Typical payment structures include:
Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
Important: Due to the custom nature of our services, deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables specifically created for your project, including custom code, designs, and content. This ownership is subject to the conditions outlined in your project agreement.

Projects may incorporate third-party libraries, plugins, or services subject to their own licenses. You are responsible for compliance with these third-party licenses.

Note: Delays caused by late client feedback or materials may extend project timelines and could incur additional fees.
Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and assume timely client cooperation. We will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Changes to project scope after commencement may affect timelines and costs. All scope changes must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.
Projects include a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the SOW. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONECORELAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. You will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date, plus any non-refundable expenses incurred.
We may terminate services immediately if you:
Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding invoices. We will provide work-in-progress deliverables upon receipt of final payment, at our discretion.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our relationship. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
